I grew up in the rural areas of Manitoba, Canada and never left. My home is surrounded by fields and farmland without the busyness of people rushing by or heavy traffic. I love it here. Writing has always been a way for me to process life. I have been a writer from as young as I can remember. From winning poetry contests, to being featured in my local newspaper and now working on my first novel, I can truly say that it is a big part of my life. Other than writing, my life is fairly simple: I am a stay at home mom with 5 beautiful children. I’m married to my best friend, who works for local internet company. I decorate cakes. I love running.
